Keeping our customers in the know about our software is of utmost importance, so based on requests from our user community, New Century Software has started publishing a quarterly support bulletin.  The goal is to keep you, the user, informed of our release plans, software updates, and compatibility with utilized third-party software.

A new bulletin is published every three to four months.  It contains information regarding:

  • Certification updates (Esri, Databases, Windows, Office)
  • Recently released products and functionality
  • Planned release schedule
  • Known issues that clients have reported with released software
  • Application tips and tricks from Andy Sauer, the trainer at New Century Software

Our goal is to deliver software that meets our customer's needs and keeps up with current technology. To this end, we utilize multiple outlets of communication with our customer's day-to-day users. By communicating with our customers on a regular basis and by understanding their workflows, it allows us to be sure we are developing and testing our applications relevant to these workflows.
